IKIGX Studio — Meta / YouTube publish restrictions (adult & sensitive)

1. Purpose
Protect IKIGX Studio’s shared OAuth / developer apps from App Review and API bans when users attempt to publish adult or otherwise prohibited sexual content to Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads where applicable) or YouTube.
- Adult / NSFW may still be stored or drafted in Studio under the general conditional-allow rules in the Terms of Service.
- Adult / NSFW must not be published through Studio’s Meta or YouTube integrations.
- Studio may automatically review media and text destined for Meta/YouTube, mark failing items as 18+ / moderation-blocked, and disable send to those networks with a notice that the content failed 18+ moderation.
2. Scope of channels (blocked for adult publish)

3. What counts as blocked for Meta/YouTube publish (Studio definition)
Studio treats the following as ineligible for Meta/YouTube publish (non-exhaustive; classifiers may be stricter):
- Nudity — visible genitals, anus, or female nipple (except clearly non-sexual medical/educational context as judged by automated review — default block if unsure).
- Sexual activity — intercourse, oral sex, masturbation, genital stimulation, sex toys in sexual use.
- Pornography / content primarily for sexual gratification — including AI-generated sexual imagery.
- Fetish content that Meta or YouTube restrict or remove.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — always blocked + may trigger abuse report path.
- Any sexual content involving minors — absolute ban; never publish anywhere. Report via the abuse path in the Terms of Service.
Studio may also block when OCR/text on the creative includes explicit sexual solicitation or pornographic captions aimed at Meta/YouTube destinations.
When unsure, Studio fails closed: block Meta/YouTube publish and show moderation failure.
4. Platform source rules (user must also comply)
Studio’s gate does not replace platform rules. Users remain responsible for destination policies:
Meta

- Meta Platform Terms / Developer Policies (apps must not facilitate systematic policy violations)
YouTube
- Nudity & Sexual Content Policy
- YouTube Terms of Service
- Age-restricted content rules still apply; Studio’s gate is stricter for publish-via-Studio: we do not rely on YouTube age-gate as a substitute for allowing pornographic uploads through our app.
5. How enforcement works
- When you create or edit a post destined for Meta or YouTube, Studio may scan the media and text.
- If the content is flagged as adult/NSFW for those destinations, Studio marks it as blocked for 18+ moderation.
- Publish and schedule controls for Meta/YouTube are disabled, with a notice that the content failed 18+ moderation for those networks.
- You may remove Meta/YouTube from the destination set, or replace the media, and try again.
- Studio also checks again on the server before send, so Meta/YouTube publish is refused even if the interface is bypassed.
6. Appeals
Non-CSAM false positives: user may contact legal@ikigx.com or support with post ID. Studio may manually clear the flag. CSAM / exploitation flags follow the abuse reporting path — no ordinary appeal.
